Week 3 Round up

So this week has been really hecktic as its the office move this weekend so I was supoer active from Thursday until Sunday moving servers and re-racking them again! I was also working late and starting early so I’m feeling tired but happy that its almost over!

Due to the extra workload I wasn’t going for a walk first thing as I was going straight to the office when I got up at 5 am but I was basically walking all day instead of mainly in the morning which shows as I walked 106695 steps this week and averaged 15242 steps a day.

More surprisingly I lost exactly 1kg this week! That’s pretty impressive that I lost a bag of sugar just by being more active this week!

The not so good points this week were that I didn’t ruck once this week and my daily routine was really out the window due to the focus on the office move. I did get my steps every day but I didn’t get the benfits of the morning walk. I also didn’t do the Lüften every day so the flat doesn’t feel so good and I was spazmodic at best with the cleaning so the flat is really messy too!

Next weeks focus is to get back into my normal routine and get the flat back to a liveable state!

All in all the week went well and the office move was successful and I have dropped weight so all good 🙂
