I woke up with my alarm at 5:00 and got up and made my salt water then went to the bathroom and did my weigh-in and I have dropped another 0.1 kgs so I have dropped 1/2 kg in a week since I started my morning walking challenge which is a really good start!
I then got dressed and went for my walk without the weight vest today as this morning was my rest day! It was really wet but the walk was so much easier without the weight vest and I was amazed how much easier it was to be honest!

I was over 3 minutes faster this morning and I was trying to walk slower as it was my rest day!
When I got home I decided to not do my Lüften as it was so wet and instead had a shower and rode into the office and worked until 12:00 when I headed home. I was amazed to see that I was on over 17000 steps already after walking a bunch at work so today wasn’t really a rest day to be honest!
